Overview
Hızlı Çiçek is a Turkish flower delivery platform built around making thoughtful gestures easier, faster, and more accessible.
My work focused on improving the digital experience across the customer journey — from how people discover flowers to how they place orders, track deliveries, and return for their next purchase.
By combining product thinking, user experience, SEO, and performance marketing, I worked on making the platform easier to use, easier to discover, and more effective at converting visitors into customers.
The Challenge
Making every interaction count.
Flower delivery is an emotional, time-sensitive purchase. Customers want to find the right gift quickly, trust the delivery process, and complete their purchase without unnecessary friction.
The challenge was to improve this experience while supporting business growth across multiple digital channels.
Our focus was on three areas:
Experience: Reduce friction throughout the shopping and checkout journey.
Discovery: Improve product visibility, navigation, and organic search performance.
Growth: Build stronger customer engagement through personalized marketing and automation.
My Role
Digital Performance, Product Experience & Growth
I worked across design, marketing, analytics, and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop improvements, and connect customer experience with measurable business objectives.
My responsibilities included UI/UX improvements, conversion optimization, technical SEO, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey automation.
What I Worked On
01 Product Experience & Conversion
Less friction. More meaningful interactions.
I contributed to improving key shopping experiences, with particular attention to product discovery, checkout usability, and conversion performance.
This included evaluating checkout variations, identifying usability opportunities, and defining funnel tracking requirements to better understand customer behavior.
The goal was simple: make buying flowers feel effortless.
02 SEO & Product Discovery
Helping customers find exactly what they're looking for.
I worked on technical SEO and product discovery improvements across category pages, product listings, and location-based landing pages.
From metadata and canonical optimization to indexing strategies and product visibility, the focus was on building a more accessible and scalable organic search experience.
03 Lifecycle Marketing & Growth
Turning occasional purchases into lasting relationships.
I developed and optimized customer engagement strategies across email, push notifications, and automated marketing journeys.
Campaigns were designed around customer intent, seasonal occasions, gifting behavior, and opportunities for repeat purchases.
Rather than treating marketing as a separate channel, I approached it as an extension of the product experience.
04 Automation & Customer Experience
Making the experience better beyond checkout.
I worked on conversational customer experiences, including chatbot journeys for order tracking, delivery updates, and customer support handoffs.
I also contributed to digital feature initiatives such as personalized video messages, photo gifting, and subscription-based gifting experiences.
These initiatives aimed to make Hızlı Çiçek more useful, personal, and convenient.
The Approach
Connect the dots between design, data, and growth.
Instead of optimizing individual touchpoints in isolation, I approached the customer journey as one connected experience.
Insights from customer behavior, campaign performance, search visibility, and conversion funnels helped inform improvements across the platform.
Every initiative started with a question: How can we make this easier for customers while creating more value for the business?
The Outcome
A more connected approach to digital commerce.
The work brought together experience design, organic discovery, conversion optimization, and customer engagement within one continuous growth process.
From checkout experiments to technical SEO improvements and automated customer journeys, each initiative contributed to a broader effort to improve how customers discover, purchase, and interact with Hızlı Çiçek.
Final Thoughts
Good experiences don't end at the interface.
Working on Hızlı Çiçek reinforced how closely product design, marketing, and technology are connected.
A great digital product isn't just visually appealing. It needs to be discoverable, intuitive, reliable, and built to grow.
